Bids will be accepted up till 4:30pm on Wednesdays, or an hour before auction time. A minimum bid of $10.00 is required.
After we receive your bid, you will be contacted to confirm your bid and information.
This Absentee Bid Form and Agreement is submitted to JOHN M. LETTIERI, III, License Number AU005986, (“Auctioneer”) in connection with the Auction to be conducted by Auctioneer on the date below.

Terms and Conditions: Absentee bids are accepted in Auctioneer’s sole and absolute discretion and are a courtesy to the Absentee Bidder. Auctioneer is the agent of the Seller, and under no circumstances will Auctioneer be the agent of the Absentee Bidder, or be deemed to be the agent of the Absentee Bidder. Absentee bids may be executed by Auctioneer or by an employee, agent, representative, or independent contracting working with Auctioneer. The execution of an Absentee Bid will commence at an amount that is not less than __50___ % of the Absentee Bidder’s maximum bid, and will be advanced competitively until the fall of the hammer or until maximum amount of the Absentee Bid is reached, whichever occurs first. Auctioneer will make reasonable efforts to execute Absentee Bids, but active bidding by Bidders in attendance at the Auction may render execution of an Absentee Bid impracticable. Auctioneer will have no liability to the Absentee Bidder for the failure to execute an Absentee Bid, or otherwise. The Absentee Bidder acknowledges and agrees that property subject to an Absentee Bid may be sold to another bidder for the maximum amount of the Absentee Bid based on a bidding sequence that causes another bidder to reach the such amount first. If the execution of an Absentee Bid at its maximum amount would require Auctioneer to accept a bid that is less than a full bidding increment, Auctioneer has the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject such bid. The Absentee Bidder may authorize Auctioneer to advance the bid by one or more bidding increments after the maximum amount of the Absentee Bid is, or would be, reached. This Absentee Bid Form, and its Terms and Conditions, are subject to Auctioneer’s Bidder Terms and Conditions for the Auction, which Bidder Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Absentee Bidder acknowledges and agrees that Absentee Bidder accepts, and is subject to, Auctioneer’s Bidder Terms and Conditions.
